How To Use

  • Before hopping into the shower, move the Dry Brush over dry skin in short gentle strokes or in circular motions. Always begin at your feet and make your way up your body— working closer and closer to the heart.

  • Rinse off in a warm shower or bath to fully open up your pores and wash away anything dry brushing sloughed off.

  • After you dry off, warm the Body Stone in your hands and glide along warm, dry skin. Gently massage oils in the nourishing oils. Take this time to reconnect with your body and become more fully present in yourself.

    One of my favorites!

    Reading the scent description of the Grounding Stone, I would not have necessarily thought it would be for me. Fortunately I bought a few mini stones and this one was in the pack. I fell in love with this smell! It’s warm, comforting, subtle, and dare I say grounding?? As with all the stones, it makes my skin feel incredible. A very soothing after shower routine that takes very little time but certainly counts as self care.
