The Travel Case

I like everything about this stone holding case except for the weight. It's well made, the lid twists on securely, and there is room inside for the mini stone and the fabric wrap. But, in my opinion, the holder is too heavy to be useful for travel. I weighed the items on a kitchen food scale. The stone with cloth is 1.2oz, the empty case is 3.1oz. So you go from 1.2oz to 4.3oz for traveling. Kinda heavy. So I'll use this for home, but will use a metal tin for travel.

Perfect storage for the mini stone. Purchased one for myself and two for friends. All of us are in love! Functional, chic, practical.

Just what I need for travel; no worrying about melting, running lotion in your suitcase or in your purse.

First, this is a nice dish but I don’t think it’s good as a travel case. I wanted to use it for my gym bag as a travel case. Unfortunately I didn’t even get it to the bathroom before it dropped and broke. Its fairly heavy (Not usually what you’re looking for when traveling). And if your hands are slippery from the body stone and you drop it, it’s going to break. So it IS a nice dish but not for traveling.

I bought it for my stone mouisturizer I received as a gift and wanted to use the bamboo container for something else. It’s a bit heavy maybe bec of the material that was used for it, unlike the cheap soap container you buy from the store, but I love it, elegant and stylish, not cheap looking.
