Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product (i.e., backordered items). If your order includes both in stock and backordered items, we will automatically split your shipment so that you get your in stock items sooner. We will absorb any additional shipping costs from split shipments, with no extra cost to you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information. After leaving our facility, time to delivery depends on the shipment method selected at checkout:
USPS First Class Package: ~3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: ~2-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: ~1 business day
Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors. However, we’re happy to work with you if any issues arise. Simply e-mail us at email@example.com.
