How to Use Your Subscription Account

Below, you'll find solutions to some common requests we receive. Don't worry, if you don't find your answers here, email us at support@katemcleod.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

I WANT TO CHANGE/DELAY MY DELIVERY DATE

  1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
  2. From the left hand menu, select "Delivery Schedule."
  3. On the table that appears, move to the column titled "Actions" and select "Edit"
  4. Under the second option on the resulting list, select "Change next charge date". Select the next date you would like your Stone to be shipped and press "Save" to confirm. 

    I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY FREQUENCY

    1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
    2. From the left hand menu, select "Delivery Schedule"
    3. On the table that appears, move to the column titled "Actions". Select "Edit"
    4. From the dropdown menu, select the number of weeks or months you'd like in between your deliveries. Then, press "Save" to confirm.
    5. Please note - changing this date will calculate from your last shipment and NOT the date you are changing this. If you want to push out a single shipment, you're better off choosing to change your delivery date. 

     I WANT TO CHANGE THE STONE IN MY SUBSCRIPTION

    TO CHANGE SIZE:
    1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
    2. On the left hand menu, select "Subscriptions"
    3. On the table that appears, move to the column titled "Actions" and select the first option "Edit"
    4. At the top of the list that appears, you should see your "Current Variant". Click "Change Product Variant" underneath and select the size you would like to change to
    TO CHANGE SCENT:
    1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
    2. On the left hand menu, select "Subscriptions"
    3. On the table that appears, move to the column titled "Actions" and select "Swap"
    4. Choose the Stone you would like to begin receiving in your subscription
    5. This will pull up a box where you can choose the Size, Packaging, Quantity and Delivery Schedule. 
    6. Confirm your choice by clicking "Swap Product"

    I WANT TO ADD A BAMBOO CANISTER

    1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
    2. From the left hand menu, select "Delivery Schedule"
    3. At he top of the list that appears, you will see your next shipment date along with your current product. To the right of your chosen Stone, click "Edit" 
    4. At the top of the page, you will see the first option is "Current Variant" and underneath, you can click "Change Product Variant"
    5. In the drop-down menu, select "Reusable Bamboo Canister" option
    6. This will allow your next Stone shipment to come in a Bamboo Canister but, will not affect future ones. 

     I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

    1. On katemcleod.com, click "Account" on the upper right hand menu.
    2. On the left hand menu, select "Subscriptions"
    3. On the table that appears, move to the column titled "Actions". Select the second option, "Cancel" and confirm your choice
