REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, Kate McLeod does not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@katemcleod.com at any time if you are unhappy with your order.

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis (i.e., if a product arrives damaged or is defective). In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us at support@katemcleod.com within 15 days of purchase. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for refunds, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Kate McLeod.
