To ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, especially during warm weather, we’ve put thoughtful shipping practices in place:
We actively monitor the current temperature at all shipping destinations and include biodegradable insulated liners and reusable ice packs as needed.
We take care to minimize transit times over the weekend - during the warm months, orders may take up to 2 additional business days to ship.

Ship to an address where someone can accept the delivery.
Bring your package inside as soon as possible.
If softening occurs, refrigerate your product for 30 minutes to reset.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders over $75 before tax and after any discount ship FREE via USPS Mail.
Allow up to 2-3 business days of processing time for all orders to ship.
We offer both ground and expedited shipping. Please refer to the estimated transit times for each ship method presented at checkout.
We work to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process an order cancellation or make any order edits after the order has been placed.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Kate McLeod does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
