Please bring back Glow stone, please !!! The new formula is far worse than the original stones. It was the best cream I’ve ever used. Please bring it back!

I love that you wanted to formulate an all-in-one option as I was someone who wanted the benefits of all three stones. But, unfortunately, the sticks is not it. I mich prefer the stone over the stick and something is missing in this formulation that gave the nice melt and glide of the other stone formulations. Please bring back the original face stones and packaging, we loved them! Maybe turn this combined formulation into an additional face stone option, but using more of the the melt and glide ingredients :)

I really loved the original glow stone but was willing to give this new product a chance. It had melted in the cardboard container when it arrived, so I just removed it and use by itself. From reading other comments maybe that was a good thing. I agree that this version is just not as nice to use. I really want to support this company but am not sure I will purchase this face balm again.

I'm a fan of the product itself, it is moisturizing and not too greasy. I love that this is very travel friendly (as it does not count as a liquid). I also greatly appreciate this being made from allergen friendly ingredients. My reasoning for three stars instead of five is all because of the packaging. I agree with others that the packaging makes it difficult to reseal this product. The only way I have found to be able to close the product again is to tear off some of the packaging towards the outside of the top of the product.

I loved the glow stone and rotated through the face stones regularly. Please bring them back…🙏

I seem to be in the minority here, but I love this new version of the face moisturizer. I used Balance and Glow in the past and found one of them to be way too fragrant and both to leave way too much product on my face when used. The melting on my face may have also been affected by living in a hot climate, too. I really enjoy how the updated version is easy to apply and leaves my face looking and feeling great.

This new face stone is not nearly as hydrating and the packaging is a hassle. The old balance stone was literally one of my favorite parts of my night time routine. It smelled amazing, made my skin glow, and felt so luxurious to put on. This feels very gummy in comparison and I end up scratching my face with the tube. It smells like nothing. The balance stone had the slightest hint of a refreshing smell that just made the whole experience of putting it on so much better. Please bring back the balance stone!!!
